About the Author Mokshagundam L Srikanth, PhD is one of the leading authorities on the application of Synchronous Management. Author of "Regaining Competitiveness" and "Measurements for Effective Decision Making", Dr. Srikanth has been intimately involved in the development and implementation of Synchronous Management concepts and techniques since their early introduction to the USA in 1979. Dr. Srikanth worked in conjunction with Dr Eli Goldratt, author of "The Goal" in the initial development of contraint management theories and their practical application.
Michael Umble, PhD,CFPIM, CQE is a Professor of Operations Management and Director of the Center For Manufacturing Excellence at Baylor University.
